1. What size are the storage units? We offer both non-climate and climate-controlled units in many sizes ranging from 2.5' x 5' to 10' x 30'. You pay only for what you need. We also offer RV and boat parking. 2. Will I need to sign a long-term lease? No, we rent on a month-to-month basis. The rent is pro-rated from the date you move in. Of course we can rent for long terms. Check with the office for any specials currently being offered. 3. Do you receive drop shipments at your facility?* Yes. This is ideal for commercial tenants. We will accept your business deliveries during office hours. *Other custom services available. Extended access hours for your business storage needs. Ideal for Pharmaceutical Reps 4. What about security? Feel safe when you visit our facility and access your storage unit. Our facility and grounds are well lit with a 7.5-foot perimeter fence around the property. An additional level of security for you peace of mind is that only tenants of climate-controlled units will have access to the inside units. Plus, we have on-site 24-hour video surveillance. 5. Are my contents insured? No, our policy does not cover your stored contents. If you have a homeowner's or renter's policy, you may be covered. Contact you carrier to be sure. Not all carriers cover contents stored off premises. If you have no insurance coverage, we can refer you to a company that specializes in tenant insurance. 6. Is there anything I cannot store? Yes. Combustible and hazardous materials such as gasoline, solvents, paint thinner, paint, etc. |
